Where would like to see a mural in your community?

To diffuse what I have learned about food security, economic security, environmental conservation and social equity to inquisitive and various demographics, would allow me to reciprocate a greater asset of critical and situational reasoning. I feel confident in my ability to think critically and create an outlet for further communicating what sustains the individual in a way that would only become better with experience immersed within public initiatives for food empowerment.

who needs ART anyways?

Hello over yonder, this is my new page. As an Anthropology major and transfer student from UNH to HSU, i was asked and thrown into a loop. What exactly are the things you do? What is Art? I cannot begin to answer this question without thinking of the card my sister pulled this summer out of the would you rather box. It read something like a world without science, such as fact, or the world without spirituality, such as artisitc expression? This card and discussion makes me ponder why people recognize art to begin with.

Art is an original composition of feelings or ideas that shape and are shaped by the perceived world. They simply do not cease to exist if their is no camera to snap a moment. The content is still there but not in its reflective entirety that the viewer may label. Art is the notion that requires imagination and a sense of value.Value gives any piece a sense of worth  considering supply and demand. The Mona Lisa for example. Completely priceless and one of a kind but valued for Leonardo's skill, age and perhaps quandrys. For many, movement through art expresses a story, tradition or a kinling. For others, art can qualify with age. no one can truly define what art is because our own perceptions and feelings are ever-changing.  For arts sake, what makes any form subjective, many times is what makes it so interesting.
